PHEOS Musical Players Society Details
The Society puts on at this present time two major events each year, the main stage production usually in May and a further show in November/December.
The current subscription for membership is:
£ 30.00 per year for adults
£ 15.00 per year for children up to age 18 and those in full time education.
As a concession, the amount is reduced to £ 25.00 (or £ 12.50 for children) if paid before the 31st October of the applicable year. Members taking part in a show are also asked for a Show Contribution, to cover costs for costumes and props. Playing membership is conditional upon passing an audition.
Rehearsals are held on Wednesday evenings at St. Anselm's Church Hall, Westfield Park, Hatch End, from 7.45pm until 10.00pm. Additional rehearsals for principal players or for principal dancers are generally on Tuesday evenings from 7.45pm. Playing members are expected to attend at least 85% of all rehearsals for which they are called.
